Press the polyester material first, then use the provided adhesive tape to stick to the fan handles.

  • Temperature: 385–400°F (195–205°C)

  • Time: 45–60 seconds

🛠️ Steps:

  1. Design & Print:

    • Create your design in reverse (mirror image).

    • Print on sublimation paper using sublimation ink.

  2. Prepare the Fan:

    • Place the fan on a flat heat-safe surface.

    • Tape your design face-down onto the polyester fabric section of the fan.

  3. Press:

    • Cover with a Teflon or parchment sheet.

    • Apply heat using medium pressure for 45–60 seconds.

  4. Cool & Reveal:

    • Carefully remove the sublimation paper.

    • Allow to cool fully before folding or using.

💡 Tips:

  • Test a fan first to ensure color vibrancy and alignment.

  • Avoid pressing directly on plastic ribs—they may warp.

  • You can press small sections if your press is smaller than the fan span.
